Dancing the night away

Anne of Cleves Barn is an excellent location for wedding receptions, combining historic charm with modern amenities. Despite its age, the barn has been carefully restored to provide a stylish and comfortable space for celebrations. The exposed beams and rustic brickwork creates a beautiful space without needing lots of extra decoration. Of course, what we particularly love are the large doorways allowing natural light to flood into the space, making for gorgeous, natural wedding photography.

The barn can accommodate up to 200 guests if you're having a big celebration, but can easily be made more appropriate for a smaller guest lists with a beautiful divider.

Anne of Cleves barn at Great Lodge is a stunning wedding venue near Colchester. It has everything you need for your wedding day from getting ready, to the ceremony, beautiful locations for portraits to a big party in the evening. And I can't believe we haven't even mentioned the alpacas and vineyard! There is so much to see, explore and dream of for your wedding day at Great Lodge!
