Katie and Jack’s pet-friendly wedding at Easton Grange

Easton Grange is a beautiful venue for a relaxed, modern, joyful wedding. Having met Katie and Jack a few months prior for their engagement portrait session, it was a joy to reunite and capture their special day. With their fur baby in tow, they celebrated with outdoor garden games, adding a relaxed and playful vibe to the festivities.

They had me at ‘garden games’…

The limbo did not disappoint!

Getting Ready

It can seem unnecessarily frivilous to purchase certain details for your wedding but I love it when they all come together to create a cohesive collection of photographs. The bold blue theme is carried throughout all the details from the personalised silk shirts, to the bridesmaids dresses, to the ring box.

Each individual piece doesn't have to be expensive, but altogether, a cohesive look can elevate the look of your day. Perhaps subconsciously, but when we see a collection of images with the same aesthetic like this, it is pleasing to the eye.

The Ceremony

The ceremony barn at Easton Grange is beautifully bright with natural light flooding in. Even on a dull cloudy day, the photos can be bright and vibrant which I love! Katie and Jack had their dog, Dexter, in attendance, dressed up to the nines in his little doggy tux. He was so well behaved during the ceremony.

The Portraits

When it came to the confetti shot, Dexter got a little too excited and pulled the veil clean off of Katie's head! It's moments like these that are unique, memorable and the story will be told time and time again over the years, I'm sure. I'm so glad I can captured those moments for my couples.

Garden Games

This venue has a large, open area perfect for garden games, not far from the patio where the other guests are congregating. Everybody, of all ages, loves to get involved in some games.

Katie and Jack hired these activities from a company that comes and sets them up and takes them away at the end of the day, with no stress to you as the couple. Limbo was particularly fun but swing ball and table football always get quite competitive too!

The Reception

I must admit I am quite partial to a good speech at a wedding. Throughout the day I get to know the couple better but the speeches always reveal something juicy. Jack's new father-in-law threw him under the bus with a story here of a speeding ticket. The props are just the icing on the cake!

“We couldn’t have asked for a better photographer to capture the beautiful memories of our wedding. Eleth made us feel so comfortable throughout the whole day.

The photos are just incredible and I would highly recommend their services to anyone. Thank you Eleth, we will treasure the photos forever.”
